Plot Location
Exposition Square is located within Block E03 in Puxi section ，to the east of the Expo Axis，to the east end of Jiangnan Square， Surrounded by the Elevated Expo Boulevard， and with Huangpu River on its southside.
Total area of 25,000㎡.
Parameters of Stages
An end stage and a temporary awning will be built.
The main body of the stage is 1.2m high, 24m wide and 18m deep. The height from the stage floor to the ceiling is 11m.
The awning structure can bear a maximum total load of 4 tons.i.e.lighting,truss,sound.
Ceiling light and system control rooms are located at the end of the audience area, and a temporary awning will be built.
The power supply is a three phase five wire system.i.e.three phase 380V,single phase 200V frequency 50Hz, and total power load of 1,000KW.
Parameters of Auxiliary Facilities
Temporary prefabricated houses or tents will be built as the rush make-up rooms for men and women,covering 20㎡each.
There are basement spaces reserved in the back stage as the support area, furnished with dressing rooms of 180㎡ each, prop rooms of 60㎡and two VIP rooms of 20㎡. Men and women’s toilets are 40㎡ each.
There is a special transport corridor with gate height limit of 4m around the square, the unloading area has miximum distance of 200m to the stage.
Parameters of Audience
No Fixed Seats in auditorium, while safety fencing shall be built.
The audience area is about 10,000㎡, able to accommondate about 3,000 temporary seats according to the demands.
