An online photographic competition "Haibao Tour of the World" has proved popular among shutterbugs, Expo enthusiasts and Photoshop fans.

About 1,600 photos and images of the cute blue figure have been submitted as of yesterday since the contest started on May 27. Around 220,000 Netizens have voted for their favorites.

Haibao can be seen online in England's Stonehenge, a mysterious circle of large stones, and the Colosseum in Rome, Italy.

The competition allows any images or photographs of Haibao to be submitted. The pictures can be taken anywhere and Photoshop programs are allowed - virtual pictures are encouraged. The competition will run until July 26.
