Applicants with Radio Frequency License for Expo 2010 Shanghai should contact Participants Service Hall to have their radio equipments inspected and tested by the relevant radio management department before operation. Authorized radio stations and radio equipments should be tagged with the Radio Equipment License labels in accordance with the locations (or pavilions) approved by the radio management department.

Notes

The user must provide a user's guide and the technical specification of equipments.

The user should cooperate during the period of testing.

New reservations have to be made for retesting.

Non-authorized radio stations and radio equipments should be adjusted and retested. If the device cannot pass testing again, it is forbidden to operate in Expo site.

The user of radio stations and radio equipments should operate their devices in strict accordance with the radio management department's requirements regarding the approved working area, working time and technical specifications during the Shanghai Expo and its preparation. The Radio management department would monitor and inspect the radio stations and radio transmission equipments in Expo site.
