Dear Participants of World Expo 2010 Shanghai China,

As Expo Shanghai Online has advanced into full operation of development and construction, the Organizer is now devoted itself to participant services in which the technical guidance and support is of particular necessity and importance.

To fully communicate on the development and construction progress, and to ensure the timely delivery and activation of Experiencing Pavilions in conformity to technical specifications, the Third Seminar on Expo Shanghai Online will be co-organized by the Bureau International des Expositions and the Bureau of Shanghai World Exposition Coordination, and has been scheduled on September 8, 2009 at the head office of CCIP (Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris).

Representatives from the official and UBPA participants of Expo Online Experiencing Pavilions, including project managers and technical specialists will be invited to attend the Seminar. So participants are highly expected to team up their technical group in a prompt manner.

To share with the progresses and concerns about online pavilion development from different participants, a questionnaire is made and attached hereafter. Please fill in it and return to us within two weeks.

An official invitation letter will be sent to you soon. We will keep you abreast of our latest progress.

1. Have you finalized the selection/tendering process for your online Experiencing Pavilion developer? If so, please list here the involved organizations, their contact information and profiles, as well as their respective roles in development of your virtual pavilion.

2. If not, please indicate your time schedule of developer selection.

3. Please indicate the general time schedule of the construction/installation of your physical pavilion/exhibition.

4. Will you be able to submit the content materials of the pavilion external appearance before 30 July? If not, please indicate the reason and your general time schedule.
