Fresh hot spring water from Ninghai has been presented to construction workers toiling at Shanghai's Expo site.
Ningbo Tourism Administration deputy head Chen Minxian and Ninghai County Magistrate Wang Jianhou brought the water from Ninghai, a county in Shanghai's neighboring Zhejiang Province. The county is governed by Ningbo City.
Constructors expressed their gratitude toward the Ninghai County government. The county government also offered them washbasins, cups and towels.
Ninghai hot springs are one of China's most famous spas, and Ninghai government officials wanted to use Expo 2010 to spread the word about the area's attractions.
