The organizer of the 2010 Expo yesterday signed a property management contract with Shanghai ShangFang Property Management Co.
The company will take charge of the property management of Zone A and Zone B at the Expo site, which houses 19 self-built pavilions, 14 rented pavilions and six joint pavilions.
The management and services will cover security checks, information guide, client service, promotion, authorized business operation, catering and hygiene services, facility and landscape maintenance.
