Expo Emblem
The emblem, depicting the image of three people-you, me, him/her holding hands together, symbolizes the big family of mankind.

Haibao
Created from a Chinese character meaning people, the mascot "Haibao" embodies the character of Chinese culture.

International Exhibitions Bureau, established in Paris, in 1928, regulates the frequency and quality of exhibitions falling within its remit.

Expo photo show opens in Pasadena

Officials tour the exhibition.

An ongoing photographic exhibition featuring 120 pictures about the 2010 World Expo is offering a preview of the fair to residents of the United States.

Opening on Saturday local time at the Hilton Pasadena hotel, the exhibition entitled "Shanghai Impression - Shanghai and Shanghai World Expo" covers the master plan of the event, designs of pavilions as well as Shanghai's urban construction and people's lives.

The show will be moved to the Eagle Dragon Media cultural center towers in Los Angles for one month display from today, and New York and Boston later, among other regions.
