The Republic of Paraguay yesterday signed the official participation contract of the 2010 World Expo with the organizer, and will present a display on the theme "Paraguay，its energy and its people."

Paraguay will exhibit its culture, tourism and scientific development at the joint pavilion for Central and South American countries.

Brígido Lezcano Britos, Paraguay's vice minister of foreign affairs, will serve as the commissioner general of the country.
