A scattering of sculptures placed in downtown Jing'an Park are a pleasant surprise to visitors. They are created by sculptors around the world, each vivid in expression and style.
They are exhibits of the Jing'an International Sculpture Show which runs from today and to the end of October.
With "City Fantasy" as its theme, the sculptures attempt to depict the dream, memory and life of a city such as Shanghai. One large metal piece contains a mixture of violin, cello and viola.
