The theme of Expo 2010 is "Better City, Better Life," representing the common wish of the whole humankind for a better living in future urban environments.
This theme represents a central concern of the international community for future policy making, urban strategies and sustainable development.

Expo Emblem
The emblem, depicting the image of three people-you, me, him/her holding hands together, symbolizes the big family of mankind.

Haibao
Created from a Chinese character meaning people, the mascot "Haibao" embodies the character of Chinese culture.

International Exhibitions Bureau, established in Paris, in 1928, regulates the frequency and quality of exhibitions falling within its remit.

A group of famous and popular Nepalese Dancers are performing at Nepal National Day at Expo 2010 Shanghai on 3 September, 2010. Shri Krishna Shrestha, a noted leading actor of Nepalese film is leading the group which also consists of beautiful celebrated Nepali cinema actors and actresses.

The group will present popular colorful, fast paced folk dances of the country. The colorful jewellery and costumes as well as the dance steps are not to be missed.

The dance performances will be presented at Asia Square and Expo Centre from 2 to 4 September, 2010.
