Brazil Pavilion in the mood of Samba

World-renowned Samba dancer Carlinhos de Jesus demonstrated the best of Samba at the World Expo yesterday by offering an impromtu dance lesson to visitors at the Brazil Pavilion.
The crowd was invited to follow his steps and dance to the tempo of rythmic Latin music. People got excited by the atmosphere and cheered when confetti exploded and showered upon them. They were clapping, singing, dancing and laughing as though it were the Carnival in Rio de Janeiro.
Carlinhos de Jesus is a brilliant star at the carnival and is considered one of the best professional Samba dancers in the world. He and his fellow dancers will perform "This is Brazil" tomorrow at the America Square, featuring the best Brazilian carnival dances such as Frevo, Forro, Samba and Lambada.
Their show is part of the celebration of Brazilian Independence Day which falls on September 7.
