Low-carbon card allows direct pavilion entry

More pavilions at the World Expo have joined in the activity of offering direct access to low-carbon transport card holders. They include pavilions of Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Estonia, the Netherlands and the "We Are Family" Pavilion.
People can skip the long queues at these pavilions with a special 40-yuan (US$5.85) transport card bought at the Expo site. The privilege is valid from today to September 12.
The card was issued by the Expo Organizer and half of the income will be used to plant trees and support projects to cut carbon dioxide emission.
People who buy the cards help reduce one ton of carbon dioxide at the Expo site. The cards are also sold at Home Inn branches and "We Are Family" Pavilion. Details are available at www.cleanair.net.cn (in Chinese only).
