Duke Special sings as UK Pavilion
Date:08/09/2010

Irish musical sensation Duke Special is entertaining visitors at the UK Pavilion with his warm and distinctly-accented voice and his trademark dreadlocks, eyeliner and outfits he described as "hobo chic."
Blissfully at home in his own alluring genre of beautifully bruised romanticism, Duke Special inhabits a world unlike others -- a world filled with sensibility, sing-a-longs and addictive melodies.
The Belfast-based songwriter, whose real name is Peter Wilson, has a big following after his critically-acclaimed 2006 album "Songs From The Deep Forest" achieved platinum status in Ireland.
His performance at the UK Pavilion ends tomorrow.
