National Pavilion Day: May 29th
The pavilion will present a brand-new nation that has preserved its historical heritages and assimilated different cultures.
Inside the pavilion, there will be an ‘island’ to showcase Mauritius’ various projects which cover many aspects of the country, including history, bio-diversity, modern development, ship building, eco-tourism, and cultural diversity. These different projects are painted in different colors to imply that Mauritius is the ‘Nation of Rainbow’.
In the rear part of the pavilion, there is a traditional house surrounded by palm trees and sugar canes. Here you will experience the simple way of life in Mauritius.
