A Shanghai Expo delegation visited Beijing on Tuesday and met Huang Shuhe, deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

Hong Hao, director of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, and Zhou Hanmin, deputy director general of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, reported progress in Expo preparations.

Representatives from more than 20 state-owned enterprises toured the Expo 2010 site last month. Some of them have expressed intent to participate, said Hong.

Huang said the companies will keep close contact with the organizers and SASAC will help SOEs establish excellent exhibitions.
