After the unveiling of World Expo Shanghai mascot Haibao, the city is all decorated up by the cute little blue person in one night.

Haibao is warmly welcomed by local residents. People on their way to work can see Haibai everywhere -- along the elevated road, on the buildings in downtown and in Metro Lines station.

As Haibao become a special scene in the city, Song Zhongcheng, who in charge of the outdoor advertisement promotion with the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, is very exciting, saying that the effect is beyond his expectation.

The organizers said it is made possible by thousands of workers working all night to decorate all the flags and banners in the city.

Zhu Hongqiang, with the Communication and Promotion Department in the bureau, said the 13 channels under Shanghai Media Group started to air the Expo promotion video and Haibao's Music Video on Wednesday morning, so that passers-by could see Haibao everywhere.
