                  Service for Visitors

                  During the Expo, services to visitors include information inquiry, visiting reservation, renting, lost children information and other services to those with special needs.

                  General

                  Reservation

                    A reservation system is in place for some pavilions in the Expo site, and visitors can book at machines near the pavilion entrances. Visitors planning to tour the China Pavilion, the Theme Pavilions and other popular pavilions can make appointments in advance at the machines. There are 176 machines at 22 spots in the Expo site. Visitors can book a time to see each pavilion.

                  Expo Site Shopping

                    Licensed products of Expo 2010 include precious metals, toys, accessories, ceramics, bags, sports equipment, lottery tickets, food and personal care products, among others. They are on sale at the retail shops of the public area inside the Expo site.

                  Expo Site Dining

                    Restaurants inside the Expo site offer fast food, classic Chinese and overseas cuisine, bread, vegetarian food, coffee and snacks, among others. The Catering Center on the west side of the Expo Boulevard is the Expo's largest catering area.

                    Metro

                    Shanghai will boost the number of Metro trains 150 percent by 2010 to handle the expected 70 million visitors to the city during World Expo.
