Summary

During the World Expo 2010, a total of 79,965 volunteers worked at the Expo venues, including 1,266 volunteers from other mainland areas and 204 volunteers from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and overseas. They were deployed at the Expo site by turns in 13 groups and they provided 10 million hours of service in 1.29 million shifts, serving accumulatively 460 million persons.
